About Access Ability

Access Ability LLC is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) serving individuals in Colorado through the Home and Community-Based Services waiver program.

We're intentionally small. Services are delivered directly by the owner, Ben Wright, not rotated among staff. The person receiving support works with someone who knows them, their routines, and their goals. Families and case managers always know exactly who they're talking to.

Every service plan starts with the person: what they enjoy, what they want to work toward, and what a good week looks like for them.

  • Person-centered by designGoals and activities are chosen with the individual, not for them.
  • Consistent, direct careOne provider, every visit. No rotating staff, no hand-offs.
  • Clear communicationResponsive to families, case managers, and CCBs alike.
  • Fully approved & compliantA state-approved PASA operating under Colorado HCBS waiver rules.

Questions families ask

The short answers. We're happy to go deeper by phone or email.

Who can receive services from Access Ability?

Individuals in the Denver metro area who are enrolled in a Colorado Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver that covers our services. If you're not sure what your waiver includes, your case manager can tell you, or ask us and we'll help you find out.

Does this cost our family anything?

Our services are billed through the HCBS waiver program, not to families. Your case manager can confirm what's authorized in your individual service plan.

Who will actually be working with us?

The owner: the same person, every visit. Access Ability is intentionally a single-provider agency, so there's no rotating staff and no getting to know someone new every month.

We already have a provider. Can we switch?

Yes. You always have the right to choose your provider. Talk to your case manager about adding or changing providers in your service plan, and we can walk you through what that process looks like.

What areas do you serve?

The Denver metro area, including Jefferson, Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties.
